List Activities

https://api.ocamba.com/v2/adex/activities
Returns the Adex workspace audit feed. Entries are stored on Ocamba. This route always reads app=adex. The caller cannot select another app.
Tip
q is a full-text query over the activity text index.
Default sort is -create_time. Default page size is 10, maximum 100.
Note
view=full adds creator and description. message is set on every item. state is never returned. Missing rows return 200 with total 0 and items [].
Rate limits:
- Burst: 10/s
- Steady: 150/m
