HoodEngage Navigation Improvements, Studio Enhancements & Reporting Stability

This release focuses on improving everyday usability across HoodEngage, with major enhancements to navigation behavior, Studio workflows, experiments visibility, and reporting stability. It also includes a large set of UI refinements and important bug fixes to ensure a smoother and more predictable user experience.

Features

• Standard Navigation & New-Tab Behavior Across the Platform
  All clickable navigation elements now behave like standard browser links.
  Middle-click and CMD/CTRL + click open destinations in a new tab, while the HoodEngage logo reliably navigates back to Home, supporting familiar browser workflows and faster parallel work.

• Publishing Improvements for Configurations
  Finalized configuration publishing behavior with support for plan-based version limits and improved handling of evaluated A/B tests and finished modals. Published versions remain stable while additional context is clearly visible during configuration.

• Stable Push Stats Reporting with Counters
  Introduced a new reporting approach based on counters to prevent Push Stats from decreasing over time. This improves data stability and provides a more accurate view of subscription behavior.

• Preview Template Auto-Scaling
  Added support for responsive iframe previews that automatically scale content to fit available space while preserving aspect ratio, improving template previews across different screen sizes.

• Modal Tests Visibility in Experiments
  Modal A/B tests now appear inside Experiments, including clear experiment status and direct navigation from configurations and modals lists.

• Profile List UX Improvements
  Enhanced profile lists with a visible profile count and the ability to add profiles directly to specific lists, making audience management faster and clearer.

  

• Component Menu Redesign & Quick Panels
  Streamlined the Studio editor by reducing menu size, relocating language settings, and introducing Quick Properties and Quick Options panels above the canvas. Interactions now more directly surface the Preset Tab for faster editing.

• Latest Updates Improvements
  Improved version update notifications with mandatory refresh behavior and per-user acknowledgment tracking. Once acknowledged, indicators remain hidden until a newer version is deployed.

  

• Studio UI & Behavior Enhancements
  Delivered a broad set of Studio improvements, including better close button controls, persistent background images, expanded alignment options, improved font handling, stable settings positioning, enhanced image replacement behavior, and added properties for line elements.

  

• Push & SMS Template Improvements in Studio
  Enhanced responsive previews, language handling, placeholders, and editing behavior for Push and SMS templates. Previews are now consistent, scalable, and better aligned with real delivery behavior.

• Empty State Design Refresh
  Updated outdated empty state designs across the platform to better align with the design system and provide clearer guidance when no data is available.

  

• Unified Button Design Across HoodEngage
  Applied the new design system buttons consistently across high-traffic areas and secondary screens for a cleaner and more predictable UI.

  

• Configuration Tag Integration
  Introduced server-side tag templates with parameter definitions and validation. Code snippets are now generated dynamically and consistently on create and update, enabling safer extensibility without regressions.

• Improved Modal Update Logic for Accurate Reporting
  Updating modal content now creates a new message version instead of overwriting existing ones, preserving reporting accuracy and avoiding ambiguity in historical statistics.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed missing activity logs when reordering modals
  Modal reorder actions are now properly recorded in activity logs.

• Resolved incorrect modal ordering behavior
  Fixed an issue where reordered modals would not appear in the expected position.

• Fixed premature campaign cancellation due to no-engagement checks
  Campaigns now respect their configured no-engagement windows, including correct handling for profile-timezone campaigns.

• Resolved PI data visibility issue on users endpoint
  Personal information fields now return correct values instead of hashed data when explicitly requested.

• Import Profiles ESC confirmation restored
  Pressing ESC during profile import now correctly triggers a confirmation dialog.

• Fixed blank screen on non-existing routes
  Navigating to an invalid URL now properly displays a 404 page instead of a blank screen.

• Custom Properties inline editing fixed
  Custom properties can now be edited directly from the table as expected.

• Resolved empty state in Insights / Feedback views
  Feedback details now load correctly instead of showing empty states.

• Fixed layout issues in AB Test reports
  Long experiment names no longer overlap other report fields.

• Macro creation now redirects back to list view
  After creating a macro, users are returned to the macros list as expected.

• Email notifications for usage limits fixed
  Limit threshold notifications now trigger correctly based on configured thresholds, cooldown periods, and usage behavior.
